Dr. Wesley E. King is a native of Pittsburgh, Pa. He received his B.S. degree in biology from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Ga., and his Doctorate in Dental Surgery degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tenn. Dr. King was then commissioned an officer in the U.S. Army. As an Army dentist, Dr. King completed three years of active duty in Brooklyn, N.Y. He then served in the Army Reserves for five years and obtained the rank of Major. Dr. King specialized in orthodontics at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pa. After completing his training, he moved to the Triangle to practice orthodontics. Dr. King attends numerous continuing education courses each year to expand his knowledge and to ensure that the quality of care delivered in our practice is state-of-the-art.
